Not the Same Formula as the Men’s Version
This isn’t a rebranded version of the men’s Formula 2 — the vitamin and mineral amounts are adjusted specifically for women, most noticeably in a higher folic acid level (324µg here versus 174µg in the men’s formula) and a higher iron level (13mg versus 6.0mg). Like the men’s version, it’s meant to be taken on the same days as Formula 1, not as a stand-alone meal or supplement on its own.
