Herbalife Shakes | Healthy Meal Replacement

Herbalife shakes fall into two groups. Formula 1 Healthy Meal is the meal replacement: two scoops (26 g) with 250 ml of semi-skimmed milk makes a 227 kcal shake with 18 g of protein and 25 vitamins and minerals, and it comes in ten flavours across three tub sizes. Everything else on this page is a protein product you add to a shake or a recipe, not a meal on its own.

Formula 1 Healthy Meal — the meal replacement. Ten flavours, 500 g, 550 g and 780 g tubs, plus 7-sachet packs for travel.

Protein Drink Mix — stirred into Formula 1 for extra protein, or mixed on its own. A vegan version is also available.

Formula 3 Personalised Protein Powder — unflavoured. One level 6 g measure adds 5 g of protein to a shake, soup or porridge.

Tri Blend Select — a plant-based protein shake made with pea, quinoa and flaxseed protein.

Protein Bake Mix — for baking rather than drinking. Gluten-free, with no added sugar.

Formula 1 is gluten-free and made with vegan-sourced ingredients, so it can be mixed with a fortified soy beverage instead of milk. A 550 g tub gives around 21 servings at the standard 26 g measure; the 780 g tub gives around 30.
