Herbalife Beverages & Infusions covers four different kinds of drink: the Instant Herbal Beverage teas, the Herbal Aloe concentrates, two drinks built around a single nutrient — Oat Apple Fibre and Beta Heart — and a protein iced coffee. The teas come in 51 g and 102 g tubs, and Herbal Aloe Concentrate Mango in either a 473 ml bottle or a 1.892 L size, so with these the format matters as much as the flavour.

☕ How much caffeine is in the tea?

One serving of Instant Herbal Beverage provides 87.5 mg of caffeine and 6 calories. At that level caffeine helps to increase alertness and helps to improve concentration. EFSA guidance puts the daily ceiling at 400 mg of caffeine from all sources, dropping to 200 mg a day if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
