Herbalife Shakes | Healthy Meal Replacement

Herbalife shakes fall into two groups. Formula 1 Healthy Meal is the meal replacement: two scoops (26 g) with 250 ml of semi-skimmed milk makes a 227 kcal shake with 18 g of protein and 25 vitamins and minerals, and it comes in ten flavours across three tub sizes. Everything else on this page is a protein product you add to a shake or a recipe, not a meal on its own.

Formula 1 is gluten-free and made with vegan-sourced ingredients, so it can be mixed with a fortified soy beverage instead of milk. A 550 g tub gives around 21 servings at the standard 26 g measure; the 780 g tub gives around 30.
