How to Use It
🥤 Water First, Then the Powder
Pour in 500 ml of water, add 27 g of CR7 Drive — two level scoops from the canister or one sachet — close the lid and shake vigorously. Mixing before you leave rather than mid-session means you are not trying to open a sachet with wet hands on the touchline. Rinse the bottle as soon as you finish; sports drink residue dries sticky and is much harder to shift the next day.
