Blend 250 ml of your chosen milk with 3–4 ice cubes and 2 scoops of powder until smooth, closer to a chocolate milkshake in texture.

Where the Sugars Come From
A shake made with semi-skimmed milk contains 18 g of sugars — but 12 g of that is lactose from the milk itself, not from the powder. Prepared with soy beverage the total is 15 g, of which 9 g comes from the beverage. Either way, only about 6 g per serving comes from Formula 1. The powder is sweetened with fructose and steviol glycosides from stevia rather than added sucrose.
