4 Ways to Prepare It
1. With semi-skimmed milk
Two scoops (26 g) with 250 ml of cold semi-skimmed milk at 1.5 % fat. 227 kcal, 18 g protein. Shake or blend.
2. With fortified soy beverage
The vegan and naturally lactose free version. 250 ml of fortified soy beverage gives 214 kcal and 16 g of protein.
3. Blended with frozen fruit for a thicker shake
A fruit flavour takes to a blender better than a cocoa one. Frozen strawberries or a frozen banana blended in thickens the shake into something closer to a smoothie, though it does add their calories and sugars on top of the figures below.
4. With Protein Drink Mix and water

Where the Sugars Come From
The powder has 23 g of sugars per 100 g, and the source is fructose rather than added strawberry sugar. Prepared with 250 ml of semi-skimmed milk a serving has 18 g of sugars, and 12 g of that is lactose from the milk itself rather than from the powder. With fortified soy beverage it is 15 g, of which 9 g comes from the beverage. The sweetener is steviol glycosides from stevia, and the label adds that the sweetener is from a natural source.
