Where MindVita Kids is built specifically around omega-3s (DHA and EPA), NutrientVita Kids is a broader 12-nutrient multivitamin covering iodine, vitamin D, vitamin C and more — the two are designed to complement each other rather than duplicate one another. The dosing also differs by age here: one gel for children aged 4–10, and two gels for children aged 11–17, since the vitamin and mineral needs at those ages aren’t the same.

How to Use It
🍬 1 or 2 Gels a Day, By Age
Take 1 gel daily for children aged 4–10, or 2 gels daily for children aged 11–17. The gel should be chewed thoroughly before swallowing, and children should be supervised by an adult while taking it.
