What’s Actually Established Here, and What’s Still Being Researched
Vitamin A, zinc and DHA all have officially recognised roles in normal vision — that’s well-established and reflected on the product label. Lutein and zeaxanthin are also present, and there’s a growing body of independent research looking at their effects on eye and cognitive health, but those specific findings aren’t part of any officially authorised health claim yet, so we’re not repeating them here as established fact. Worth noting too: this gel contains fish oil, so it isn’t suitable for vegetarian or vegan households.
