How to Use It
🥤 One Sachet, Once a Day
Add 1 sachet to half a glass of water (about 100ml), stir until dissolved, and drink. Alternatively, stir it into your Formula 1 shake or a smoothie after blending — not before, and use liquids below 25°C, since heat can affect the live bacteria.
