How to Make a Protein Pancake
🍳 24g Mix, 2 Tablespoons of Liquid
Preheat a non-stick pan on low heat. Mix 24g (3 tablespoons) of Protein Bake Mix with 30ml (2 tbsp) of semi-skimmed milk or water. Pour into the centre of the pan and spread to your desired thickness. Cook on low heat for 2–3 minutes until golden underneath, then flip and repeat on the other side.
