It is moulded from a biopolymer derived from sugarcane waste instead of virgin plastic, and is used in place of the standard scoop supplied inside the tub. A Replacement Scoop, Made From a Different Material
Every tub of Formula 1 and Protein Drink Mix arrives with a plastic measuring scoop inside. This is the same measure in a different material — a biopolymer produced from sugarcane waste, introduced by Herbalife to reduce the amount of new virgin plastic going into its products. Because it is sold on its own, it also solves the two things that actually happen in a kitchen: the scoop vanishes into the bottom of the tub, or it goes into the dishwasher and never comes back.

How to Use It
🥄 Level the Scoop, Don’t Heap It
Level the powder off against the rim of the tub — a rounded scoop can add several grams and changes the nutrition per serving. For a standard Formula 1 shake, use two level scoops (26 g) with 250 ml of semi-skimmed milk or a fortified plant drink. Keep the scoop dry between uses, as damp powder clumps on the scoop and makes the next measure inaccurate.
