Herbalife Products: What Each One Actually Does (UK)
By Dogus Dilan, Herbalife Independent Member / Wellness Coach · Last updated 4 October 2026 · 12 min read
Herbalife’s UK range runs to 99 products across eight categories: protein shakes and boosters, healthy snacks, vitamins and minerals, healthy fats, fibre, phytonutrients, hydration, and H24 sports nutrition. Most of them are not interchangeable — a meal replacement shake, a fibre drink and a sports recovery powder solve different problems, and the names rarely make that obvious.
This guide goes category by category and says what each product is for, what is in it, and which product it is most often confused with. If you already know what you want, the shop is the faster route, and the UK product catalogue has prices, pack sizes and product codes for the whole range in one place.

Frequently Asked Questions
What’s the difference between Formula 1 and Formula 1 Sport?
Standard Formula 1 is Herbalife’s core retail meal-replacement shake (18g protein/serving). H24 Formula 1 Sport is a separate product within the H24 sports nutrition line, formulated for athletes’ higher protein and micronutrient needs.
Do I need to use every category of product?
No. Most people build a routine around Formula 1 as a base, then add one or two targeted products (a multivitamin, fibre, or a sports-nutrition item) based on their own goals — not the full range at once.
Are Herbalife products suitable for vegans?
Some are and some aren’t — for example, Protein Drink Mix Vegan and Tri Blend Select are vegan, while Protein Bake Mix and standard PDM contain milk and egg. See our full vegan, vegetarian & gluten-free guide for a product-by-product breakdown.
Which product is best for weight management?
Formula 1 is the core product for calorie-controlled meal replacement. See our full weight-management guide and daily programme for how it fits into a structured plan.
What’s the difference between Herbal Aloe Concentrate and AloeMax?
Herbal Aloe Concentrate contains 40% Aloe vera juice; AloeMax is more concentrated at 97% Aloe vera juice. Both are mixed with water.
Is there caffeine in the Herbalife range?
Yes, in several products — Instant Herbal Beverage (87.5mg/serving), High Protein Iced Coffee (80mg), LiftOff Max (180mg) and Phyto Complete. Check individual labels if you’re monitoring total caffeine intake.
Where can I buy genuine Herbalife products in the UK?
All products on this site ship from Herbalife’s official UK warehouse. See our guide to buying genuine Herbalife products for more detail.
