Herbalife Weight Loss Plan (Daily Program)
Morning Routine (Breakfast)
Add 1 cap of Herbalife Herbal Aloe Concentrate Drink (Herbalife aloe drink) to 1 glass of water
Mix ½ teaspoon of Herbalife Instant Herbal Beverage with Tea Extracts (Herbalife tea) with 1 cup of hot water
Blend 2 tablespoons of Herbalife Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix (Herbalife shake) with 300 ml of semi-skimmed or diluted milk. Drink 2 glasses of water afterward for digestion and satiety
Snack (Morning)
1 Green Apple
Lunch
Protein: 200 grams of chicken breast or low-fat meatballs
Carbohydrates: 3-4 tablespoons of bulgur pilaf or a salad
Drink: water
Snack (Afternoon)
1 Handful of Hazelnuts or Almonds
Dinner
Mix 2 tablespoons of Formula 1 shake with 300 ml of semi-skimmed or diluted milk. Follow with 2 glasses of water
After Dinner
Only drink Herbalife tea. Avoid eating after your evening shake
Throughout the Day
Drink at least 6 glasses of Herbalife tea (hot or cold)
If you exercise, mix 2 teaspoons of tea into 1 liter of cold water and consume during your workout
Aim to drink at least 3 liters of fluid daily
General Guidelines
Avoid sweets, bread, and extra snacks—eliminate them if possible
Weigh yourself once a week only
Track chest, waist, and hip measurements at the start and compare after one month
